We have lined up the very best barbecue experts who will be providing our CarFesters with their top industry tips and tricks.
On the Great British Cook Out Stage with Napoleon Grills, Celebrity TV chef and owner of Café Spice Namaste, Cyrus Todiwala OBE, will be sharing his BBQ skills. Also gracing the flames will be Tom Kerridge’s right hand man, Chris Mackett, development chef at The Hand and Flower, Britain’s only two-star Michelin pub.
We are ecstatic to welcome BBQ expert, Neil Rankin, whose love of BBQ food led him to open the original Pitt Cue in Soho, which won numerous accolades and was one of London’s most successful restaurant openings.
And also joining us for one hell of a grilling will be Alasdair Clarke, founder of Artisan sausage company, Sosij, award winning chef, Simon Dyer, and Spanish TV chef and cookout master, Omar Allibhoy.
