We are delighted to be partnering with Hotel Bell Tent, Perfectly Pitched and Tangerine Fields again for 2025! Our glamping providers are experts in providing the ultimate luxurious glamping experience for their guests, right from the moment they arrive through to the moment they leave.
All visitors wanting to book a glamping or pre-pitched tent experience, must possess a 'General Camping' CarFest ticket (or + Premium or + Big Early (Hotel Bell Tent Only)). Please make sure you purchase this ticket type prior to booking boutique camping, otherwise you will be refused entry to the CarFest site.
Please note that only Hotel Bell Tent is open on Thursday for The Big Early.
Once you have purchased your CarFest ticket, please head over to your chosen glamping website to register your interest to use join their Glamping Experience.

Hotel Bell Tent is all about a relaxed, communal atmosphere with a touch of luxury offering a wide range of standard glamping packages along with a selection of hand-picked, higher end options.
Depending on what you’re looking for and how many people you are booking for, Hotel Bell Tent have bespoke Bell tent packages that suit every individual’s needs. Their range includes Standard Bell Tent, Classic Bell Tent, Classic Bell Tent Tipi, Deluxe Bell Tent, VIP Tent and Luxury Yurt packages.
Please note in order to book Hotel Bell Tent, every person attending must possess a CarFest ‘General Camping’ ticket (or + Premium) or ‘General Camping + Big Early’ ticket (or + Premium) if you’re joining on Thursday.

For those who prefer a simpler setup, Tangerine Fields also offer an assortment of bright and airy canvas Bell Tents and pre-pitched nylon tents, with the option to add on airbeds and sleeping bags to make your festival packing even easier!
