A caravan/campervan permit will give you access to our motorhome site throughout the weekend. Permits are allocated per vehicle.
We will have a caravan/campervan campsite at CarFest
Caravan Site Permits allow the use of caravans, campervans and trailer-tents. Standard ground-based tents CANNOT be pitched in these campsites for Health and Safety reasons.
When you reach the ticket purchasing page, first select Weekend + Standard Camping ticket, then add a Campervan Permit to your order.*
All caravan and campervan pitches will be 9x6 metres with access to toilets, drinking water, and waste disposal units. All tow vehicles will be directed to park in an adjacent field which will be easy to access.
You must display your permit clearly in the windscreen of your vehicle when accessing the site. This will be sent to you along with the tickets you have purchased.
*Like all tickets, CarFest permits are in high demand so we have limited each transaction to a maximum of 2 permits.

The Caravan/ Campervan site includes facilities such as showers, toilets, drinking water points and waste disposal. Pitches are attributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

We offer glamping sites at CarFest and we are delighted to be partnering with Hotel Bell Tent and Tangerine Fields again for 2024! Our two glamping providers are experts in providing the ultimate luxurious glamping experience for their guests, right from the moment they arrive through to the moment they leave.
Please note: only Hotel Bell Tent is open for The Big Early on Thursday 22nd August. Hotel Bell Tent will be hosting their own Big Early and Hotel Bell Tent glampers won’t be allowed in the general campsite.
Their boutique selection of tents will leave you spoilt for choice!
All visitors wanting to book a glamping experience, must possess a ‘Weekend with Camping’ CarFest ticket. Please make sure you purchase this ticket type prior to booking boutique camping, otherwise you will be refused entry to the CarFest site.

Children under the age of 6 (at the time of the festival) can enter the event free of charge, however, you must order a 0-5 year old ticket.
At the time of ordering you will be given the option to make a voluntary donation to UK Children's Charities.
Please note that personal assistants of disabled children under the age of 6 will be required to purchase an adult ticket to enter CarFest. We are not able to provide a free personal assistant ticket where the child is entering on a free ticket.
