The CarFest Festival Dash fuelled by Subway^® is back and this year, we're going somewhere very special indeed.

CarFest is delighted to announce that the Festival Dash is returning for 2026, bigger and more exciting than ever. Taking place on Sunday 30th August, this year's run gets a landmark new home: Silverstone Circuit, the home of British Motorsport.

For the uninitiated, the Festival Dash is CarFest's beloved charity fun run. Open to all ages and abilities, fancy dress is encouraged and finishing medals are guaranteed! What started as a fun way to kick off a Sunday at the festival has grown into one of the most anticipated events of the CarFest weekend.

A NEW HOME ON HALLOWED TARMAC

This year's course is a 3K route around the iconic Silverstone Circuit, the same track that has hosted Formula 1 grands prix, produced world champions, and written decades of motorsport history. Whether you're a runner, a walker, a wheeler, or somewhere in between, you'll be taking on a route that very few people ever get to experience on foot. It's a genuine once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for CarFest fans and motorsport lovers alike.

OPEN TO CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS

The Festival Dash is exclusively available to CarFest 2026 camping ticket holders. If you're already coming to the festival, you can add your Festival Dash entry donation in your account. If you haven't got your camping tickets yet, there's never been a better reason to get them sorted.

This year, the Festival Dash has a new sponsor: Subway^®, who are coming on board as Official Sponsor as part of their Fresh Moves initiative, a programme dedicated to getting more people active and engaged in their communities. It's a partnership that feels like a natural fit for an event built around inclusivity, movement and fun.
