If you’re separated from a child, or if a child finds themselves lost, Finkley Nurseries are here to help. You’ll find their dedicated team in the Music Arena. Their Team will be giving out wristbands at the CarFest entrance, the Lost Child Tent, and around the festival site. They’re a simple way to write your phone number on your child, so you can be quickly reunited if needed.
Need a quiet moment away from the crowds? Cheshire Crèche offers peaceful family spaces for feeding, changing, and relaxing with your little ones. You’ll find them in KidsFest, Cars, and the Music Arena.
If you or your child needs a sensory-friendly environment to decompress and recharge, visit the Sensory Space in SpaFest.
Supporting expectant families and those with babies and young children. The Real Birthing Company is operated by qualified midwives, providing support, in calm and comfortable spaces, for feeding and rest.

If you or a member of your party are living on artificial nutrition or receive treatment via a central line, FEAR are on site providing specialist tube-feeding services and support in a welcoming, inclusive space in the Music Arena.
For any medical needs, our trained professionals are ready to assist. First Aid is located in FoodFest. Our First Aid Tent is a judgement free zone - no matter what type of assistance you require, getting you help is our priority

Our campsite is staffed 24/7 by Festaff. If you need assistance during the night or in the early hours, they’re always on hand to help. They are located by the catering outlets in South campsite by the bag search tents.
CarFest has a dedicated safeguarding team working behind the scenes and across the site. They’re trained to help ensure the safety of all children, vulnerable people and families, and are ready to step in if needed. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of staff or visit the welfare point or Info Point.

If you are an access customer, we also have a range of amenities to help you navigate the Festival in both the arena and the campsites. These provisions include free PA/Carer tickets, dedicated entry points, accessible showers and loos operated by RADAR keys, Changing Places Unit/HDU with hoists located in the access campsite, two viewing platforms in the music field and side of track, mobility scooter hire and electrical hookups for charging essential equipment.
