Your Host

Briony May Williams

After years of baking at home and cultivating her creativity and skill, Briony first came to the public’s attention as she launched onto our screens during nine stressful weeks in the tent on the 2018 series of The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4.

Progressing through the competition to the semi-final, Briony’s humour and warmth, coupled with her resilience and ingenuity saw her become a firm favourite with the audience.

Anna Gough

X

Anna is a breathwork and somatic bodywork practitioner supporting people to gently regulate their nervous systems through breath, slow movement, and embodied awareness — creating space for calm, resilience, and reconnection.

Her sessions invite you to soften, slow down, and come home to your body, reminding you that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder — but from feeling safe enough to pause.

Emma Treharne

X

Emma Treharne works with women during times of deep transition, including menopause and midlife, when the ways they’ve been living no longer quite fit and the body and mind begin to need something different.

Her work lives where science meets soul. She brings together nervous system awareness, Yoga Nidra, embodied listening, and tools such as astrology to help women slow down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and rebuild trust in themselves. At the heart of her approach is a simple understanding: when we feel safe enough in our bodies, change can happen naturally.
