This year, the brand new STEM Zone at KidsFest has been designed to inspire the next generation of sports stars, scientists, engineers, and artists! With a diverse range of activities on offer, there's something for all ages. Some of the main attractions include hands-on robotics and engineering activities with Computer Xplorers, and geological discoveries with the Royal Geology Society. The STEM Zone inspired by Gravitrax also features engineering projects with BCoT and thrilling demonstrations by Wonderseekers, including a Van De Graff generator. The Royal Chemistry Society will be conducting chemistry experiments, while Mission X will offer astronaut training activities, making the STEM Zone a must-visit for curious minds. One of the highlights is set to be GraviTrax’s huge marble run - this thrilling live challenge will be hosted by the award-winning science presenter Greg Foot, and see marbles navigating a complex maze of tracks.

GraviTrax is a multi-award winning, interactive marble run system from Ravensburger. The system offers endless possibilities to design and build exciting marble tracks by combining a variety of track pieces, tiles and exciting elements to bring jaw-dropping action to layouts. Everything in the system can be combined enabling fans to 'Build Beyond the Usual' and grow their GraviTrax universe however they choose. GraviTrax sponsors the STEM Zone at CarFest.
