Caravan Site Permits allow the use of caravans, campervans, motorhomes, roof-tents and trailer-tents. You will have a 8x7m pitch allocated. Vehicles that don’t fit within the 8x7m pitch will be refused entry, even if you have purchased 2 permits.
Standard ground-based tents CANNOT be pitched in these campsites.
Additional cars cannot be parked next to your live-in vehicle. A separate car parking pass is available to purchase for additional cars.
If you’d like to camp in a caravan/campervan/motorhome/roof-tent, you will need:
● 1x 3-Day Camping ticket for each member of the party attending (or the Premium version and/or Big Early version of this ticket type)
● 1x Caravan (Live In Vehicle) Permit (or Big Early version)
All caravan and campervan pitches are 8x7 metres with access to power, showers, toilets, drinking water, and waste disposal units. All tow vehicles will be directed to park in an adjacent field which will be easy to access. Pitches are attributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
You must display your permit clearly in the windscreen of your vehicle when accessing the site. This will be sent to you along with the tickets you have purchased.
*Like all tickets, CarFest permits are in high demand, so we have limited each transaction to a maximum of 2 permits.

Our Accessible Campsite/ Personal Assistant tickets applications will be open from our November sale. Please secure your Early Bird tickets now so you don’t miss on the offer and apply for Accessible Campsite/ Personal Assistant tickets in November.
Children under the age of 6 (at the time of the festival) can enter the event free of charge! However, you must order a 0-5 year old ticket.
At the time of ordering, you will be given the option to make a voluntary donation to UK Children's Charities.
Please note that personal assistants of disabled children under the age of 6 will be required to purchase an adult ticket to enter CarFest.
A car parking pass is required to park your car in the relevant car park.
Parking passes are available from £5 for the day or £15 for the weekend. Parking is FREE when signed up to our exclusive Super Early Bird presale.
