This summer, FoodFest is serving up the ultimate celebration of flavour, flair and culinary brilliance with a line-up of world-renowned chefs who’ll be firing up the festival across the Chef’s Stage prepped & served by Cuisinart. Whether you’re a passionate home cook or just love watching the masters at work, this is your chance to experience world-class cooking talent up close – and maybe even pick up a few pro tips of your own.
Saturday promises show-stopping patisserie as
Cherish Finden takes the spotlight on
The Chef’s Stage. The multi-award-winning pastry chef and formidable judge from
Bake Off: The Professionals will be showcasing the elegant, boundary-pushing desserts that have earned her international acclaim. Also on Saturday, the sensational
Judy Joo will bring her signature fusion of East meets West to the kitchen – expect bold Korean-American flavours, high-energy demos, and plenty of delicious inspiration from the Iron Chef herself.
On Friday, crowd-favourite
Kwoklyn Wan brings the heat with his takeaway-style dishes made easy, while on Sunday, chocolate lovers will be in heaven as
Mark Tilling - winner of
Bake Off: Crème de la Crème - demonstrates his precision pastry and award-winning chocolate artistry. Also appearing across Sunday is
Thuy Hoang, the
MasterChef quarter-finalist whose heartfelt Vietnamese cooking and culinary storytelling has captured the hearts of food lovers around the UK. She’ll also be sharing more of her journey and insight across multiple stages throughout the weekend.
Then, head over to the beautifully styled
Domaine des Jeanne Wine Garden – a tranquil spot where you can relax with a glass of exquisite French wine and soak up the atmosphere. Enjoy rosé, red or white wine from the Luberon, and don’t forget to enter their exclusive competition for a chance to
win a trip for two to their vineyard in Oppède, complete with flights, accommodation, and a private tasting experience.
Exceptional wines, a relaxing setting, and the promise of a Provençal getaway… what’s not to love?
And for families (and mini foodies!), the
Laverstoke Fun Foodie Workshops promise flour-dusted fun all weekend long. With hands-on pizza-making using Cuisinart Pizza Ovens and Northern Dough Co. bases, plus creative car-shaped cookie decorating sessions, it’s the perfect activity for kids and adults alike. All sessions are free and run on a first come, first served basis – so be sure to check the schedule and get there early! It’s fun, messy, and totally delicious.
