Located in Luddesdown, Kent – Silverhand takes its name from King Ludd – a first century King of the Trinovantes, founder of London and God of Protection and Prosperity.
Losing his hand in battle, he was stripped of his rank and position until a silver hand made for him… More recently the company has established the largest single vineyard in the UK, spanning the beautiful countryside in the heart of Kent.
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Kent countryside, Silverhand Estate is a hidden gem that offers a unique blend of natural beauty and rich heritage. It is defining the new rules of English sparkling wine, having established the largest single organic vineyard in the UK, covering an area of more than 500 acres.
Silver Reign is crafted using the Charmat method, with a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. Offering delicate aromas of elderflower, white hedgerow flowers, pear and apricot, leading to a fine mousse and refreshing finish. With lingering flavours of citrus and ripe stone fruit, Silver Reign is a sensory delight for even the most discerning wine connoisseurs.
