This competition is operated by The Organisers of CarFest, referred as ‘The Organisers’.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
i. The competition runs from 08:00 on 1st July 2024 to 23:59 on 22nd July 2024.
ii. All competition entries must be received by The Organisers no later than 23:59 on 22nd July 2024.
iii. To enter the competition you must complete the form and submit your entry which is available on the website: https://carfest.org/carfest-x-raring-2-go-form/
iii. No purchase is necessary.
iv. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to receive information from CarFest by email.
i. The competition is only open to residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over.
ii. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Organisers may require you to provide proof of your identity and that you are eligible to enter the competition - you agree to cooperate with such enquiries.
iii. The competition is NOT open to employees of CarFest, bp pulse, SEE Tickets, or associated companies.
iv. The Organisers will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties, in bulk, or illegible.
v. By entering the competition you confirm that your entry form and any accompanying materials and submissions:
- do not infringe any rights of any other person;
- are not likely to deceive any person;
- are not made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
- are not used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
vi. The Organisers reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition or if (in The Organiser’s opinion) you are in breach of these terms and conditions. The Organisers reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities to report any inappropriate content you submit in connection with the competition or otherwise.
i. One winner will be selected at random from all valid submissions. The winner will be notified by
email and must respond to Info@CarFest.Org within 5 days of being notified they have won
("Acknowledgement") in order to claim their prize.
ii. If a winner does not respond to Info@CarFest.Org within 5 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and The Organisers will be entitled to select another winner at random.
iii. The decision of The Organisers is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
i. One ‘Weekend with Standard Camping Family Ticket to CarFest 2024.
ii. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
iii. The prize includes entry to the general campsite (tent is not included in the prize) and entry to the Festival site for the whole weekend for 2x Adults and 2x Children (23rd -25th August 2024).
iv. Accommodation (tent) and travel are not included in the prize.
i. After receiving notification by email from The Organisers, the winner will need to respond to the message with their details to claim the prize.
ii. The Organisers do not accept any responsibility if you are not able or are not eligible to take up the prize. No alternative prize will be available.
i. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal data supplied to The Organisers (including your name and contact details) may be used by The Organisers. Please review CarFest’s Privacy Policy (available at https://carfest.org/privacy-policy/)for more information on how CarFest may use your personal data.
i. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions The Organisers may, at their sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition, to withdraw the prize or to require you to return the prize if already received.
ii. The Organisers reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
iii. If a provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, that part shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these terms and conditions and shall be severed from those provisions.
iv. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
