1. Eligibility

The CarFest 2025 Early Access Grand Draw (the “Grand Draw”) is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and have purchased a CarFest 2025 ticket in November 2024 and joined the Early Access List before the Grand Draw closing date.

Entrants must use the same email address when joining the Early Access List and when purchasing their CarFest tickets.

Employees, sponsors, affiliates of CarFest and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Grand Draw, you must:

- Sign up for the CarFest 2025 Early Access List before the list closes the day prior to tickets going on sale.

- Purchase a CarFest 2025 ticket by 23:59 on 30th November 2024.

Each eligible participant will be automatically entered into the draw upon completing both steps.

3. Grand Draw Period

The Early Access List and Grand Draw entry will start on 21st October 2024 and close the day before CarFest 2025 tickets go on sale. No entries will be accepted after the closing time and date.

4. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded to randomly selected winners:

- 1 x chance to experience the Chris Evans Breakfast Show live from CarFest on Friday 22nd August 2025 (winner+ 3 guests included)

- 3 x backstage tours for a peak behind the scenes of the Main Stage (winner + 3 guests included)

- 6 x exclusive track rides (winner only)

- 10 x CarFest goodie bags (1 goodie bag per winner)

- 3 x pairs of tickets to a bp pulse Live Concert show of your choice with access to the EVIP Lounge (winner + 1 guest included)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

*The bp pulse Live Concert Prizes:

- 3 pairs of tickets available to a show of your choice at bp pulse Live plus event access to the bp pulse EVIP lounge

- Travel and expenses at winners’ own cost

- Submit top 3 show preferences between November 2024 and November 2025

- Ticket choice is subject to availability

- Tickets must be used at a show within 12 months of the winner announcements

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

- No cash equivalent

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Grand Draw period closes. The draw will take place on Friday 6^th December and winners will be notified by email by Friday 13^th December 2024. Prizes are not transferable or interchangeable.

Winners will be notified by the CarFest team (info@carfest.org) via email using the contact information provided during the Early Access List signup.

6. Notification and Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in the forfeit of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Use of Data

By entering the Grand Draw, participants agree to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and for contacting winners. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the CarFest privacy policy.

8. General Conditions

CarFest reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the draw, as determined by CarFest in its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

CarFest, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Grand Draw or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
