In addition to meeting and greeting everyone that visits the stall, on a regular basis throughout the weekend, they will be hosting short talks and taking questions about their vineyard, the story of All Angels and the sparkling wine industry, complete with a sample of their exquisite sparkling wines.

Barry Island Spirits Co is a small, family-run independent business specializing in creating award-winning premium, small-batch gin, rum, and organic vodka from the purest Welsh water.
Accidentally (!) created during the Covid pandemic by a husband-and-wife team, the multi-award-winning Barry Island Spirits Co focuses on recipes for the Barry Island Spirits range that have been inspired by the natural environment around their home on the beautiful South Wales coastline.
Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin was awarded a Great Taste Award Gold Star in 2021 with judges saying it is a 'beautifully balanced gin'. Naomi House is a hospice for children from birth to 16. Naomi House's care team provides individualized nursing care that helps to enhance short lives and allows local families to make the most of their precious time with their children. Jacksplace is the only hospice in central southern England that offers care, support, independence, empowerment, and dignity for life-limited and life-threatened young adults from the age of 16.

Sensory Play at CarFest

Tracy Thew has been making shortbread for family and friends for over 50 years. In 2015, she decided to start offering her melt-in-the-mouth shortbread to people visiting the New Forest.
Inspired and created around the beauty of the New Forest, by 2019 Tracy had set about redesigning her packaging with 'tear-off and keep cards' and commissioned local artist Will Drew to illustrate the flora and fauna that visitors might see during their stay in the area. Will's beautiful illustrations, along with the notes, give visitors and locals information about this very special forest.
Tracy supplies forest hotels and recently featured in New Forest Collection's fifth episode of their 'Forest to Fork' series. Tracy also provides local holiday cottages with packets of shortbread and has expanded into a large number of local retail outlets as well as selling online, where she offers an extensive range of delicious flavors.
To keep the homemade taste and texture, each batch of Tracy's dough is very slightly different in weight and mixing time, so the shortbread varies enough to give a variety of shapes and colors once baked.
New Forest Shortbread is sealed in recyclable bags and biodegradable boxes, on the day they are baked. All packaging is sustainable and widely recyclable.
