We’re delighted that award-winning TV and online cake artist, Molly Robbins will be joining us to host our Kitchen Stage at CarFest North this year!

She is the star of Channel 4’s Extreme Cake Makers and Molly and her creations have also been featured on CBBC’s Blue Peter and How to Be Epic.

Fully fledged chef Chris Baber is on a mission to make cooking easier and more delicious!

Although he trained with Atul Kochhar at his Michelin-starred restaurant, his real passion is inspiring others and making home cooking accessible for everyone.

Ian’s background is cooking and working long hours in various Norfolk gastro pubs. He started a Youtube channel in 2014 on the basis that he wanted to make really easy to follow, healthy and nutritious recipes.

His outlook is about getting everyone eating healthy, whether you can cook or not, have a hectic working life, a hectic family life, he hopes to get you in the kitchen and feeling healthier!

Born in Manchester, Adam started his culinary career at the tender age 16 Adam appeared in BBC2’s Great British Menu 2016 series and won a coveted place at a banquet at Westminster Palace to celebrate Great Britons of HM The Queen’s reign with his spectacular dessert – The Golden Empire. Adam returned to take part in the 14th series of Great British Menu in April 2019, hoping to represent the north west at a banquet celebrating 50 years of British pop music. Adam succeeded in the regional heats to reach the final of the competition. His winning dish, Comfort Food Sounds Good, (a stew of chicken, pearl barley, sweetcorn, turnips and leeks), provided the main course at the banquet held at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London.

This year he joins us at CarFest North to show what you can do with some regular ingredients and a Napoleon BBQ Grill!

Dale has dedicated the last 26 years of his life to the field of Nutrition and helping people achieve better health. Dale believes that nutrition is an incredibly powerful and effective tool in the management and prevention of disease. It represents one of the key things that we can actually do for ourselves to actively play a role in our own healthcare.

Dale is a Sunday Times best-selling author of 18 books, clinical practitioner, TV presenter and teacher. Over the last 2 and a half decades he has developed tools, strategies, and clinical protocols to help people restore their health with simple effective dietary changes.

Juliet is a proud wearer of many hats. Mum, food stylist, TV Presenter, author, cook and of course – baker! She has had the honour of making all sorts of cakes and other delicious treats for countless people, including Prince Harry, Kate Moss, Holly Willoughby, McFly and Alexa Chung (to name drop a few!).

Juliet will be joined by Dick & Dom on Friday at CarFest North to challenge the dynamic duo to make pizzas! Join her to find out whether it will be carnage in ‘da kitchen’ or an impressive pizza feast!

Atul Kochhar is the pioneering twice Michelin-starred chef from Jamshedpur in India, who has changed the way people perceive and experience Indian cuisine in the UK.

From leaving his role at the Oberoi Hotel Group in India to move to the UK in 1994, Atul has been at the forefront of the culinary industry for over 25 years.

Taking inspiration from his native India, Atul has continued to invest in researching regional dishes; his award-winning cooking a unique melting pot of traditional culinary techniques, the very best spices and ingredients from India combined with the best of British.

Earning his first Michelin star at Tamarind Restaurant in 2001, Atul then opened his own restaurant, Benares in London’s Mayfair, in 2002, which earned him a second Michelin star in 2007. Since then the chef has grown his restaurant portfolio, opening several award-winning venues including: Sindhu in Marlow and Hawkyns in Amersham in Buckinghamshire and Indian Essence in Petts Wood, Kent.

Ryan and Liam met whilst working for Simon Hulstone at The Elephant Restaurant inTorquay and knew from that moment on they were going to climb the culinary ladder together.

In 2010 Ryan and Liam decided to start their own business and Orwells Restaurant was born. Since May 2010 Orwells has been recognised in many of the major guide achieving 4AA Rosettes a cooking score of 7/10 in The Good Food Guide and Orwells is included in the UK Top 50.

Max La Manna is a low-waste chef, award-winning author and host for BBC Earth food shows. Max’s debut cookbook More Plants Less Waste was awarded the Most Sustainable Cookbook in 2020 by Gourmand. In 3 years, Max has captivated over 1 million passionate and engaging foodies across his social media platforms. Max's recipe content and food shows have been seen by over 1 billion people.

Max grew up as a child in his father’s fast-food restaurants, but started cooking at the age of 15. After leaving his home in Connecticut, Max moved to New York City to pursue modelling and an acting career in Los Angeles. Max modelled for top fashion designers, magazines and as an actor on NBC’s soap opera Days Of Our Lives. When not in front of the camera, Max worked late nights serving, bartending and cooking in some of New York City’s and Los Angeles’ most popular restaurants.

Max now lives in the UK with his wife and their 32 houseplants, developing original and inventive recipes that utilise the whole ingredient.
