We are delighted to be partnering with Hotel Bell Tent and Tangerine Fields again for 2024! Our two glamping providers are experts in providing the ultimate luxurious glamping experience for their guests, right from the moment they arrive through to the moment they leave. We’re also thrilled to be welcoming Perfectly Pitched who will be providing pre-pitched tents, ready for you when you arrive.
All visitors wanting to book a glamping or pre-pitched tent experience, must possess a ‘Weekend with Camping ’ CarFest ticket. Please make sure you purchase this ticket type prior to booking boutique camping, otherwise you will be refused entry to the CarFest site.
Please note that only Hotel Bell Tent is open on Thursday for The Big Early.

Hotel Bell Tent is all about a relaxed, communal atmosphere with a touch of luxury offering a wide range of standard glamping packages along with a selection of hand-picked, higher end options.
Depending on what you’re looking for and how many people you are booking for, Hotel Bell Tent have bespoke Bell tent packages that suit every individual’s needs. Their range includes Standard Bell Tent, Classic Bell Tent, Classic Bell Tent Tipi, Deluxe Bell Tent, VIP Tent and Luxury Yurt packages.
Please note in order to book Hotel Bell Tent, every person attending must possess a CarFest ‘Weekend with Camping’ ticket or ‘Weekend with Camping + Big Early’ ticket if you’re joining on Thursday.

Choose from the sumptuous luxury of the fully furnished Arabian Bedouin Tent or the classic comfort of the vintage Bell Tent, while Geo Domes provide families and groups of friends their very own festival bubble.

Bright, airy and affordable, our range of tents house families and groups of up to 8 people with plenty of room spare to store all your weekend essentials. And for those that like to travel light, we can fill the tent for you with all the kit you need to camp, from airbeds to sleeping bags
Better still, we’ll ensure you’re pitched with your friends no matter how big your group or how late they arrive.
Toilets, Showers & Café
The Tangerine Fields campsite will be providing private hot showers and lovely loos, as well as the popular Pamper Parlour, with hair dryers, straighteners, and a few extra sockets for when you and your phone need a little boost! Our in-camp Café will be open early to provide you with your morning coffee and a lovely selection of food and drinks throughout the day.

Please note that Tangerine Fields is only available from Friday through to Sunday. Please do not buy a Big Early ticket.

Their tents keep things nice and simple with spacious pre-pitched nylon tents or beautiful Bell and Emperor Tents ready for you and your friends to relax in on arrival. All you have to do is turn up, check-in and start enjoying your weekend.
No lugging of heavy tents around or wrestling with tent poles!
You will also get access to luxury toilets and showers, exclusive car parking, 24-hour reception services, an onsite Pop -Up Breakfast café as well as the opportunity to add additional power supply to your order. What is not to like?
