Charlotte discovered Pilates during pregnancy after a back injury and later became an instructor, specialising in women’s health and breathing. When she noticed one of her children struggling with unusual breathing & worries, she trained as a Buteyko Breathwork coach.
She now teaches playful Pilates and breathing techniques to children, helping them build strength and resilience. Charlotte is also the author of Susie Sloth and Her Secret Superpower, an award-winning Pilates storybook for kids. Through school workshops and parent/teacher training, she empowers children and caregivers with the tools for better breathing and well-being.
Jae Willow is a Sound Bathing practitioner trained in Sound Healing, Meditation, Reiki and Astrology.

As an avid runner, she discovered Pilates as a way to improve her flexibility. Five years into her Pilates journey, Juliet made the decision to wholeheartedly dedicate herself to the discipline. For the past 15 years, she has been fully immersed in the world of Pilates, delving into extensive studies, conducting research, and obtaining qualifications to deepen her understanding.
In addition to managing her own fitness business, Juliet served as a teacher trainer and examiner for six years at Future Fit Training Ltd.
